Newsletter LIST in New Edition

The new edition of LIST newsletter was released on 12 July 2010, supported by the FIRMA Consortium.

The FIRMA Consortium decided to renew the LIST Newsletter, as an important source of information for wood sector stakeholders. Poor information about the sector was identified as a continual obstacle to the development of the sector. The Newsletter will be published quarterly in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English, in printed and electronic form.

The objective of the Newsletter is to make it the most relevant source of information and news about the developments in the BiH wood sector, including the wood processing, furniture industry and forestry industry. LIST will promote the wood sector in the country and abroad, and it will also ensure a continuous exchange of information among FIRMA’s active clients.

The editorial policy of the LIST Newsletter is defined and guided by the Editorial Board composed of the representatives of the value chain facilitators (VCFs) of FIRMA Consortium, as follows: BiH Wood Cluster, which is at the same time the leader of the activities and NERDA, RS Chamber of Commerce, Una-Sana Canton Chamber of Commerce, PLOD, REZ and SERDA. Coordinated by the BiH Wood Cluster, all members of the Editorial Board will actively participate in preparing the Newsletter content, printing and ensuring its countrywide distribution.

This new edition of the LIST Newsletter will contain the following interesting sections: Highlights and Activities in the WS of BiH, News and Announcements, Success Stories of Local Companies, Technological Innovations, EU Standards and Directives, Statistical Data and Market Trends.
